SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
At New Divide, we offer free shipping to Mexico and over 200 countries worldwide. Shipping costs are already included in the product price.
PROCESSING TIME
• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order ships
DELIVERY TIME
• Mexico: 10-20 business days after shipping
• International: 15-30 business days after shipping
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
• You can track your package status at any time using the provided tracking link
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update
SHIPPING METHOD
We work with trusted suppliers who ship directly from their warehouses to ensure the best prices and quality. This means:
• You may receive multiple packages if you order several products
• Products come in original manufacturer packaging
• Delivery times may vary by product
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For shipments outside Mexico, please note:
• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply (buyer's responsibility)
• Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
• We are not responsible for customs delays or fees
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:
• P.O. Boxes (some products)
• Military addresses (APO/FPO)
• Certain restricted regions
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:
• Check your tracking information for updates

• We will investigate and resolve the issue
• We offer refund or reshipping depending on the situation
INCORRECT ADDRESS
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Address changes may be possible if the order hasn't shipped yet
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order:
• We will contact you immediately
• We will offer a similar alternative product or full refund
• You choose the preferred solution
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Provide photos of the damaged item
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
